I worked this out by ear, but its very accurate.
Everything's there, listen to the song for an exact order.
The timing's there mostly.
(note, there are four beats to a bar, hence 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &)

Drop D tuning, high-low: EBGDAD  

note, 'H' stands for 'hammer on'
eg:

1) Play the E chord with your first finger and hammer onto
   the F chord with your second.
2) Play the F chord with your second finger and hammer off
