Subject: TAB: James "Laid"

(Let me throw in a quickie request for tab to 'five-o' and 'heavens' by james
and nirvana's 'lounge act' to anybody who might just know a place to start....)

Hiya.  I've just heard a live nonplugged version of 'laid' (off the 'say
something' cd single) and here's my best guess....

Chord Formations:  (Wow, only THREE chords!)
C [x 3 2 0 1 0] C/F [x 3 3 0 1 0]
G [3 2 0 0 3 3]

(Plugless version)

C     C/F   C   G
----------------------------
----------------------------
--------------------0----0-- < Label this the Main riff
------2--3--2---0---0----0--
3---------------------------
-----------------3----------

C            G
00000-00000--22222-22222
11111-11111--22222-22222
00000-00000--00000-00000 < Label this the Chorus riff
22222-22222--00000-00000
33333-33333--33333-33333

INTRO: Main riff three times, then Chorus riff once.

Same for verses, main riff 3 times, then chorus:

C        C/F     C        G
The neighbors complain about the noises above

For the album version, actually form each of the cords in the main riff:
